I have been in the practice of law since 1984,   licensed in Colorado, New York and Massachusetts.  Telluride, Colorado has been my home  since 1990. I pride myself on representing clients with efficiency, integrity and honesty, producing a high-quality and professional result.

My practice is general in scope, with specialties in Real Property, Easements, Licenses, Business, Homeowners Associations, Landlord Tenant, Liens, Foreclosures, and Banking. I represent both entities, and individuals. While the most common description of my practice is general, I have a mind for business and practical considerations. Should litigation of a dispute be required, I attack the dispute matter with diligence. I always remain client goal oriented.
